I just moved to Georgia and needed to find a place quickly because of the urgency in my Army orders. This place is so mismanaged. My family and I moved in over a year ago. First of all they did not replace the carpet. So many nasty stains and not to mention large stains. Everything is breaking washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC. I was told that my dryer was not considered an emergency (that I could hang dry) my clothes. I pay way too much money to hang dry my clothes. This place is disgusting and we are stuck in a lease. People look elsewhere.
Enters apartments when specifically asked not to unless tenant is home or an emergency
I would like to recognize the groundskeeper that we have here at Courtney Station! I'm embarrassed that I do not know his name, but he is a hard worker and always busy! Being in the industry myself, I know how tedious and tiring the groundskeeper position can be. I also know how hard it is to find good honest employees who take pride in their work! Wonderful job young man! Your work does not go unnoticed! Thank you for keeping this place looking clean and beautiful �
