I'd give it zero stars if possible! Filthy surrounding! Horrible management, ill treats tenants and their guests, doesn't follow work orders sent in, invades personal space by taking videos and pictures. Pass very rude disrespectful remarks when inside your home, wants to charge you for problems which occur because of their poor maintance! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!
Lived at Courtney Manor for about 2 years. Watched it go from pretty much a dump to a decent place for us to live. I have been out of there about a year now but still have friends that live in the community. It sounds like the place now thinks it is more than it is. Apparently, you can live there without causing problems for anyone, take care of your place, keep it clean, but heaven forbid your kid make a mistake... then they toss you out. It has changed a lot.... Quiet at night, not so much drama and clean pool, great play ground, and management is polite.
