My Apartment got broken into by maintenance man Vincent !!!! The office sucks with everything
The most dysfunctional and uncooperative and ridiculous experience with just submitting an application. The original person who was in charge of my application never submitted it. Then!!! I contacted them and had to refill out ppw. THEN!! To make matters worse, my application finally gets submitted leisurely and they take there sweet time. KNOWING MY MOVE OUT DATE!!!!! And now I am being told that there was a fee that needed to be paid that wasn’t so they’ve put my application on hold and o have to be out of my apartment TOD... read more

Wouldn’t do it. While I lived there my apt flooded sewage 4 times and only replaced the carpet in the master closet. They have a mold problem as well. You can smell it the moment you walk in the apts. I tried everything to make it smell nice and it would only last a Day or two. During the last 7 months of our lease we received no paper bills and paid them 25 extra each month for utilities. They told us we only had a 100 credit. You do the math.. A/c been out 2days they said they will have a company or whoever to come out nobody came out to fix it’s 82 degree in this apartment said they bring me a window a/c never got it
