We have two children at this practice. It is clear based on my interactions that Dr. Jones cares about her patients and is a kind person. I can't imagine the difficulty navigating the current atmosphere around pediatric health.
We've been patients here for two years and can say that Dr. Jones and Denise are great. Really friendly, professional and caring.
We have had great experiences in the first 5 months of our baby’s life. From the hospital visits to the baby checkups, we’ve always felt that our needs have been met and questions answered. It’s a small staff but they do a great job getting to everyone. We’ve had insurance problems and had to switch a few times, but they have been very helpful switching and their role in communicating with insurance. We appreciate them and we can tell they really do care about the patients and the work they do.
We've been seeing Dr. Jones for over four years, and she has been a truly exceptional pediatrician throughout. She's incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every visit. We always feel confident that our children are in the best hands with her.
My girls are now 12 & 10 and have been going here since they were born (was Dr. Akey in 2013)... I highly recommend to anyone, especially those that want to avoid over-medicating their family with basic aliments. They are understanding, patient, have a great bedside manner, and are beyond competent. It has made all the years of being a parent more comforting and a life-saver! We love you guys.
