I never want to write bad reviews, but I want to write this one in hopes of helping other parents seeking a pediatrician, especially for their first baby. We were going to keep Dr. Jones as our pediatrician after seeing her in the LDR at Saddleback until we ran into some worries (as most first parents do) on our second night home. Not a doctor with a holistic approach—just standard advice you can find on Google. The billing department is a nightmare, repeatedly sending $50 payment reminders for canceled appointments that followed their own policy. I also had a poor postpartum experience with this doctor and won’t be returning. We’ve since found a better provider.
I debated leaving a review about our experience with Dr. Jones for the last year. The nurses at this office are absolutely lovely, but that was our only positive of our experience. We came to Dr. Jones when our old pediatrician retired and unfortunately, at about the same time, my one year-old had Kawasaki. Our favorite doctor, listened to my concerns and was not pushy with any diagnose or medications, she really has helped every step of the way with our daughter. The whole staff is wonderful and we always have a timely and comfortable experience. Thank you to all you guys do even with how busy you are! You are the best.
Dr Jones is an amazing doctor and will answer questions you have about your little one. Those that complain about waiting 45-60 min after appointments need to realize that she is a one woman show! Sometimes doctors just get behind schedule. And no she isn’t a holistic doctor but she is very slow to prescribe antibiotics and truly knows her stuff. I couldn’t be happier with Dr Jones and her team.
