Mr. Galia was very responsive and EXTREMELY fair! I was able to find a vehicle I liked at the most favorable cost as compared to dealerships around Florida.I used the USAA Vehicle Buying Service. The price quoted was the best and the actuall cost did not deviate due to add-ons, etc. There was NO dealer pressure at all!

I came into the dealership to purchase a new car and left six hours later. There was alot of sitting around and then more sitting around. After all of this they called me two days after taking my car home (60 miles away) and informed me they didnt have the proper paperwork and I had to come back right away! Big hassle...... Then I was supposed to get something in return and never did. This dealership has left me less than impressed!!!
This is NOT the place to go if you want good customer service and friendly service advisors. I believe the only reason people actually patronize this facility is because it is the only Toyota dealer within a 20 mile radius. My service advisor, Brian Collins, was rude! I waited 2 hours on my first trip only to find out that they had the wrong parts. On my return visit, I was treated poorly. 09/26/07 Took van in to check "noise" under the hood (ok Im a woman!) and check the a/c. They said timing belt (159.00) and need a/c compresor "seviced" (139.00) AND someone had worked on my brakes and there was a shim...I called a friend who diagnoises my problems...1st of all, he said there is no service to be done to a compresor..it either works or it doesnt. I visited this location in Brandon on a Sunday and the sales people were more interested in watching the Sunday Football games than selling me a used truck. I was ready to buy and they just were not willing to work with me? They asked to run my credit before we even talked numbers on the trucks price? Give me a break, you just lost a local customer, and i am happy to take my business to another Toyota dealer instead. :(
I purchased a New Tundra at this location. My salesman was Ryan, he was AWESOME. We test drove the truck, came back to his office discussed the price, walked out paying less than what we anticipated initially. He even went and bought my wife and I sweet teas while we did the paper work with the business manager. In and out in about 4 hours. Would definatly go back to this location to purchase another vehicle.
