If I could give you a zero than I would. After numerous negative encounters with the service department here for my Subaru I leave agitated and Furious every single time. You are a bunch of crooks and are as shady as they come. I do not recommend anyone using your services.
Tony Beeman was great. He found us a wonderful used 2015 Forester. We had been working with Tony for several months and he would call us when a prospective car came in. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want. All the folks at Courtesy were friendly and helpful, but Tony gets an extra star!
