Worst place to have your car service. Make you buy unnecessary parts and they do it out if their own way without consulting with customers. Bad bad bad I rate 0/5
Thanks for ripping me off on installing one headlight bulb. I watched a YouTube video and it took a whole 2 minutes to replace that bulb. You charged me $100 labor and $27 parts. I will never go to Courtesy Motors again. Did I mention I have bought three cars from you? You will never get another dime from me. Oh, and this was done while I was evacuated from the Camp Fire in Paradise.
