To quote a movie line: “I can’t stand rude behavior in a man, I won’t tolerate it”. Walked in to Courtesy and walked right back out after rude behavior from our salesman. Went down the road and left with the vehicle that we wanted.
0 stars.........They sold a vehicle to us that malfunctioned less than 10 miles down the road. They not only refused to fix the vehicle although we purchased warranty that covers the problem but also refused to give our vehicle back and take their car back. We will never buy from them again and will be sure to inform every person possible of their actions.

Worked with us to get approved. Tom was great to work with. Fun environment, only negative thing I could say was we had to wait along time bc only one person was doing the final paperwork for all sales. But overall pleased

Called about a truck that they had for sale twice and was directed to voice mails both times with no response back. Attempted to watch the Sunday show to see what trucks they had in stock but turned it off after Dan Glass made comments about people in Eastern KY's accents. By the way dipshit, the mountain parkway doesn't end in Campton!
