There service department is poorly ran. We got an oil change on ***8/6/20***and on 8/10 by car shuts off on the highway. A friend of the family checks the dip stick and there is barely any oil. I leave a voicemail for the manager Fernando at 11:00 a.m. to advised I believe they did not out oil on 8/6. We have the car towed in there at noon and was assigned an advisor named Jenny. The sales manager is a joke was dealing with him on a 2019 Kia Niro... The price was 28 grand he would not budge on yet and only wanted to give me 2 give him my car +2000 to take it. Payoff was $8500 and he was giving my $6500.. NOT TADAY because when u drive his car off the lot and 3 months later ( it now worth 5,000 less)....he wouldn't budge on the price. Friendly Kia quoted me 26,500 on the same model and options.... we walked out after 5 min.WOULD NEVER GO BACK....

Financing people are crooks they lied to me and most of the maintenance people are unknowledgable about their job, including the courtesy colision center asociated with them. They repaired my car since july last year and its still not repaired been there 3 different days and 2 times to get a diagnoses thats 5 trips. The vehicle still under waranty including the repair for life.the vehicle is not repaired yet.
