Attempted to purchase vehicle and they sold it from under me stating they were physically at the store even though they had been dealing with me via phone for 2 days! Apparently the online purchase option they advertise doesnt matter!! Steer clear of this dealership they do dirty deals!!!

I'm very disappointed that I cannot have communication between the service department regarding the status of my vehicle!! Customers have a right to know WHAT is going on with their vehicle. Peroid! Poor communication is not accepted nor poor service. I have bought two vehicles and I'm not going to buy another one. I think it's ridiculous that I'm being told I don't know how to read a dipstick and that maybe the reason for a noise is because my engine shows a court overfilled. Poor communication ruins satisfaction from me. I... read more

I am tired of the " There is nothing we can do" " The car is under warranty" feedback. They are trying thier hardest to just get me out of their hair. " I am absolutely disgusted with Kia America. As a consumer, I am entitled to a safe and reliable vehicle! This 2021 kia seltos should NOT be having this many issues within the first year of having it. I just have to say, this dealership is licensed to steal your money. To buy a vehicle you have to give a deposit and without signing any document, if you decide not to buy, they steal your deposit.

Price Gouging by the dealership. I went to Courtesy Kia looking to lease a new vehicle. They said that the sticker window price was not the real price of the car and were charging $3,000 on top of the advertised price for "market adjustment". When asked why they hadn't adjusted the advertised price, they gave a runaround answer about advertised prices aren't always accurate, which I told them was a scam. Update again: took car back again, roof leaking even worse- all over car. Finally, they said they had found the problem. Communication hasn't been the best. Still in the process of fixing it- they've had the car a week and no rental or any type of anything for not having the car again. 4th time in for this problem since purchasing the car brand new in October, never received any rental or anything from Kia. Not a very knowledgeable group in service do not know what they have and what they don't have,keep you comming back and forth. Recall for 20 kia sportage made appointment a week in advance brought vehicle day before for drop of service person explain verry easy would be done by tomorrow first thing comeback next day afternoon just to tell me they don't have the part and they will call me when they get it. On Sep. 22, 2020, my husband and I went to Courtesy Kia of Brandon Florida, and purchased a 2020 Kia Forte. During the process, we kept repeating that the car would be in my name. Today Oct. 8, 2020, we received the State certificate of title for the car and it is in my husband's name!! The problem is the tags are in my name! Also now the tags are to be renewed on his birthday witch is in Dec, mine is in April. So now we will have to pay for an extra 4 months. renewing Dec 2020 instead of April 2021.
