Great Staff – Some of the newer Hyundais are actually really nice. I use to be just a BMW type of person, but honestly I dont think its really worth what they charge. Your basically just paying for a symbol, so why bother. A friend of mine has a mint black interior and exterior with tinted windows, genesis. Really nice car, smooth ride and fast. I believe he has the v6 but I could be mistaken. Also for a nice sports car, it isnt even close to what I use to pay. Seems like a waste of money now, but thats what I get for rushin... read more

Highly recommend – I had been shopping around at various dealers and online and it was Courtesy Hyundai that won overall for me. They had the best deals and great service. Neither the salesman nor sales manager was aggressive or pushy while trying to make a sale.

Rude and sleazy service – Intention was to purchase a new Hyundai or a 2010/2011. After the salesman greeted me he immediately tried to convince me into another vehicle I had no desire in. Was then pawned off to another associate. Had the first saleman been a little more professional and not sleazy (not to mention the incessant gum chewing) I would have given him my sale. Truthfully, some of these men act like they've never seen a woman before. Supposed to go back, not sure I might.

Would definitely recommend these guys! – Courtesy Hyundai is the most honest and helpful dealership in the area. My husband is an avid bargain shopper and was comparing rates from dealerships around the area. Courtesy gave us the best offer and stuck with it, not pulling a bait and switch at the end. We got the exact color and model we wanted and received excellent customer service through the entire transaction.

Thanks Courtesy, I will continue to recommend you all – I was very impressed with Courtesy Hyundai. We drove from Hartford CT and were very impressed. They have a very nice inventory and the cars are in very good condition, some are in excellent condition. The staff is honest and will tell you everything about the car, all the pros and cons. They give a really fair price in comparison to the rest of the dealers and do not price gauge. Overall my experience with them was a really good one!

will go to the ends of the earth to avoid this lot!!! – I am not very hard to please. But it will take a lot for Courtesy Hyundai to please me. Its not because of price, because I actually did work out a good deal. (best bona fide offer I got on a 2012 Elantra) Their customer service really is the worse I have received from a car dealer. I lost a dollar in their vending machine, and all I got from someone who worked there was, "Oh sorry, we dont own the machine" My salesman offered to give me my dollar back himself, but I re... read more

excellent – Big thanks to Classic Hyundai. I did not end up buying a car at this dealership but the service I received was absolutely outstanding. I really enjoyed the time I spent with my salesman, he was so knowledgeable. I felt bad because I ended up buying my new car elsewhere, but I would still certainly recommend checking them out.
