Just purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion at Bay City and Mr Doug and Mr. Chad were so kind and helpfull. I shopped around and these guys took the time to work with me. Hate car shopping because I always feel pressured to rush into something I end up regretting. But Mr. Chad worked hard so I could leave in the car I really wanted not what I could only afford. I don't know why they have a service department because service it is not. My daughter's car has been there going on 3 weeks and still can't get answers as to why nothing has been done. First week they said they didn't have anyone who knew what the code meant so they were going to send it to another dealership ha it's still here, then the next week no one knew what was going on with it because the service manager was out, beginning of this week oh they forgot. she called again today and oh they gonna call her back in an hour... read more
Service department is a sham. Save yourself the headache and drive to courtesy or hub city ford. This is the only ford service department i know of where i can watch a service tech close a car door (with the keys in the car) and blame the customer that they (the customer) locked their own keys in the car. Dealership sat on a car that had service appointment scheduled for over a week while contemplating how to unlock the car they locked the keys inside. Not sure how this dealership is even in business.
We have purchased used and new vehicles from Bay City for over 20 years! They are honest, affordable and the service after the sale is the best! Highly recommended!
