⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to thank the staff in the service department for taking care of me with my Ford Escape . The transmission went out unexpectedly and I was left stranded in Abbeville with no wheels . Not only did they take my car to get fixed but they helped me with a loaner vehicle (a ranger). Truly a great help not being from here , and boy the new ford rangers are unbelievably a great truck. Thank you again Courtesy Ford South ,from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Very disappointed with the Service department and the Ownership--- when you spend the kind of money on a Truck that we spent you would expect the common courtesy of returning a Phone call. When you bring in your vehicle because it's making a noise and is still under warranty and then get a Phone call that "your vehicle is ready and it will be $110 because the air cap was not tightened so we tightened it for you" wow $110 for 2 seconds of work-- literally had to turn knob to tighten it and want to charge us after we just boug... read more
