great service
Excellent. they responded very quickly and appropriately. Their prices were as advertised. They allowed me take the car for 24 hours to see if I liked it. They found me another great deal on a car that I liked better. When I wasn't able to complete the purchase due to a family emergency they were very understanding. When I am in the market again, I will go back to Courtesy Ford.

Very quick-got me in and out in a few hours...and I do NOT have perfect credit. Gave me 3k for my trade (I owed 5k), so I thought that was fair. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealer. Got me into the car I went in for at the lowest price in the area:) See Randy!
Very cooperative. Responded immediately to my request. They did not follow up however. Could be the difference between a sale and non-sale.
