I actually found parts of my car that should have been taken care of before the car was put in my name (chip in wind shield, etc.) and they allowed me to drop it off and fix it at no cost
Terrible experience, dealership sold a car that was in an accident with a clean carfax. They refused to take the car back and after many phone calls and frustration we were forced to get an exchange from them for much higher price. We would never recommend this dealership to any one.
Price was unbeatable. Staff was wonderful. The purchasing process was quick and easy.
They are very polite, prompt and are very interested in helping.
Between the time that we talked to Courtesy Ford regaurding an Escape and test driving it (which was 4-5 days) they jacked the price up on us. They told us this after we had driven 45 minutes to look at it. I took a half a day off from work to go and look at it. They wasted half of my day and if I can cost them one customer from buying a car, then I think it would be worth it.
