I've been thinking about this review for a week now, I feel this review is necessary due to the way I was treated. Unfortunately our experience with Jim Butler Chevrolet has been the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership which is disappointing because we also own a dealership, we live 4 hours away and when they posted the exact vehicle that we have been looking for we called to enquire about it.
