My Service provider was Beau Pfaff. I brought in my 2014 Chevy Malibu for service due to recall. I had to wait which went by fast and overall I would say it was good.

Very pleasant, didn't have to wait very long to get my vehicle checked in. Once my vehicle was taken, it did not take very long to be completed. Service Advisor was very courteous and very helpful.
