Bringing your car here is the worst thing ever. If you say you have a mis-fire , the auto manager won’t help you. He will say “there’s nothing I can do about it”. I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for that last two YEARS , that’s has the SAME problem. This place is a disgrace. Please do NOT EVER buy any vehicle here. Apparently these vehicles sit since the building was built. STOP SELLING THE COMMUNITY old VEHICLES.
It seems like the service gets worse every time we come here. We made a 9:30 AM appointment for an oil change and to have a windshield wiper fluid repair checked. By 12 PM, we were told the technicians were going to lunch and to come back at 1 PM for the repair. In what world does it take 2½ hours to change the oil and check a windshield wiper fluid issue — especially when the bill was almost $200?
