I stopped by the service department to ask if you price match oil changes. Instead of being greeted or welcomed, the first thing I was asked was, "What kind of car do you have?" After I told them, the response was simply, "It'll be $164 on your car." The interaction felt very dismissive. There was no explanation of the service or why it cost that much. The BEST service department!
Mechanic service and management were great, but the body shop side was very disappointing. I brought my truck in for front-end repairs and had no communication from start to finish. No updates, no calls, and no information unless I initiated it myself. The work may be fine, but the customer service from the body shop was unacceptable.
