I’ve never left a review but they earned this one. Purchased a new truck last week of August this year. Noticed a rattle from the engine on the way home from dealership. Went into limp mode a few weeks later. Called the salesman I bought it from and he said to get to courtesy vs my local dealership because they would take care of me. They had the diesel mechanic look at it when I dropped it off and he said it’s likely going to need a new engine. It’s now been a month and they have yet to put in the shop and diagnose it.
