Overall I had a great experience at Courtesy. My salesman was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me as I shopped around, deciding which vehicle was right for me, and then as I researched options to determine exactly what I wanted. In the end we found a vehicle in another city that was perfect for me, and my salesman got it down here for me! Love my new Sierra!!

We were told they would give us a second opinion about the rust on the undercarriage of our Envoy, after being told elsewhere that it was unsafe to drive. Minutes after dropping it off, they called to say they were refusing to do the inspection. They were too worried about "getting involved legally" than simply doing their jobs and confirming whether or not our vehicle was unsafe.
