service department isnt really a mechanic. instead of just saying they don't know how to fix them. they make them worse.

Their service department is completely unreliable. My daughter bought a car from them and had it in their service department 3 times in the first 4 weeks she owned it. We are taking it to our mechanic now. They did not have the knowledge or expertise to fix the car they sold. I would steer clear of this dealership. They are either totally incompetent or feel they can take advantage of young women. They will be hearing from my attorney. We just got a 2020 GMC Red Acadia, I made some research on other dealerships and by far, our experience with our salesperson was exceptional. Jeff is the kindest person and He goes way all the extra mile to provide a first class service. We are very happy and satisfied about our shopping experience.

Well, I love courtesy Buick. The manager and everyone that works in the customer service are great. It’s the only dealership that I have things done to my truck. The only issue I have that I took it there for a full detail and the truck was not fully detailed. Still had stuff on the mats and had few scratches on my door. I bought this truck less than a year ago. The second is I’m having noise in front axle in ha light speed it’s really annoying and I was told no issues.
