We just bought a new Yukon XL from Richard at Courtesy. He was very helpful, but not pushy. It took us a few days to settle on this particular vehicle and I really appreciate that the entire staff remained helpful but did not pressure us to buy. I brought my GMC Acadia in for service yesterday. James Beard helped me. He was very efficient, helpful, called me by my name (when I arrived and hadn't even said who I was yet) and was very polite. My vehicle was ready exactly when he said it would be ready. Best experience I have ever had when I serviced a vehicle.
