I had an appointment to have my oil changed and wheels rotated. I also asked for a price to change out the strut on the rear hatch. I arrived 20 minutes early. After 1 1/2 hours I went the cashier desk to ask for an explanation for the time. The lady at the desk asked how long I had been waiting. After hearing that it was more that an hour, she said that was unacceptable. She resolved the issue and offered me a very good discount
