My (2009 Buick Lacrosse) headlight STILL does not work after recalled part was replaced by them and they refuse to fix it (my headlight) without cost to me. I reported to BBB and called and emailed corporate also.
They are a great bunch of people. I didn't know how lucky I was.

Great people with a very modern, clean waiting area. Service advisor kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Very satisfied with the service I received.
