We bought a vehicle from you a few months ago. We recently removed some seats to make room for storage during a vacation, and we found a container of pepper spray along the floorboards. We have four young children, and it would have been absolutely disastrous had they found it before we did. I would suggest checking your vehicles much better before you sell them to avoid such a catastrophe.

Called the service department regarding a burning oil smell, Courtesy was able to diagnosis and repair my issue the same day I called! Also gave me a ride back to work when I dropped it off. Amazing customer service, I will be a returning customer!

I was in an accident yesterday; a Saturday afternoon. I was able to call KC at courtesy to see if I would be able to have car towed there for repairs. He was able to walk me through the process and help me get the tow truck driver to the right place. He also went out of his way to help me with a loaner car. Life savers! Thankful for the great people at Courtesy Automotive.

This review is for the spectacular Courtesy Body Shop led by Adam. This team GETS IT! They put your needs first and do everything to get your car fixed in a way that's best for you, saves you the most money, and make it easy by working well with your Insurance Company. I can't say enough good things about Adam & his team. I would recommend them to EVERYONE and will use them again if I need (but hope not!!!)
