I bought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid from them and they were very accommodating. I'm a truck driver and so I had to use my sis n her husband to look at the vehicle, test drive it, cut the deal and give them the down payment I gave her. All in the same day. Then when it was time to sign the ppwork Dan came out to meet me on an off-ramp because I couldn't drive my rig to the dealer. This was my first time buying a car all on my own. And although that's inherently a stressful experience, I was absolutely never pressured into a decision about which car to get (which was much appreciated because I know some places do). They also transferred my registration and plates for me and made that a very effortless process! (I got my title and car registration together and about 2 weeks after purchase). I would totally buy another car from Courtesy Automotive when I next need one!
What a wonderful dealership. Went in today and left with a car in under 2 hours. Mr. McCord was not a pushy salesman, answered questions and was just wonderful. I usually get so stressed and overwhelmed on big ticket items but this was the most pleasant shopping experience. I would highly recommend Courtesy with their wide range of used cars, I would say they have something for everyone.
KC is so great and will do anything to help you out. He and the whole team at Courtesy are very honest and super personable... which I think we can all agree is hard to find in the car business! I never felt pressured or overwhelmed at any point. They made car shopping so easy and painless, both my boyfriend and I bought a car from them! I will definitely return to Courtesy when the time for a new car comes around again.

Did you ever notice on your service invoice that it says they want you to be satisfied with your service and provide a box to check if you were completely satisfied with your service. The funny thing is the box is already prechecked on the form. If you were not satisfied your were told to contact them. I was not satisfied and did email them and waited for a response which I did not receive. makes you wonder if they really want to make you satisfied or just Hope you go away? 😲
