I have to say that our recent experience at this dealership was all about how buying a car should be. Enjoyable with NO HARD SELL! Floyd, the sales consultant that dealt with us was professional and respectful of our desire to take time at making the right choice. He was well informed and able to answer all our questions. DISGUSTING!!! My car has been having a safety issue and they refuse to take it out and try to replicate the problem. It is a brand new 2013 RDX and I will never buy another Acura. The dealership would not even listen to what the problem was. They treated me like I wasn't even a person. They acted like I was an idiot and I am sure that a man would have been treated differently. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS
