Ray Newman was a fantastic consultant and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. This dealership is professional, knowledgable, and makes the buying experience easy. I loved that the vehicles were open so it was easy to look at many and the fair prices were clearly printed on the windows of used vehicles so I didn't have to waste time when figuring out what was in my price range. Courtesy Acura was an awesome car buying experience. Ray was extremely helpful and courteous without any of the pushiness that I have come to expect from buying new cars. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and he guided us and helped us pick out the perfect car for our needs. There was NO push to add on extras or to buy things we didn’t want or need. We would not hesitate to recommend any of our friends or family to Courtesy Acura.
Great Experience! My husband and I had an awesome experience at Courtesy Acura. I was nervous about car shopping as I hadn't done it in 17 years but our experience couldn't have been better. Our salesperson, Todd, was super helpful and there was no pressure (which is the main thing I was worried about). We got a great deal on a RDX and their service dept is top notch. We will be lifelong customers!

I had a great experience with Rick at Courtesy and love my new car! They were extremely patient with me with my indecisiveness in choosing between the MDX and RDX. I first drove away in the MDX which was an awesome car but too big for me. They were extremely flexible and allowed me to exchange it for the RDX. Awesome service! Sandy S Was a big help when bringing my car in for some fixing and maintenance. I feel like he is honest and considerate of my family's needs. Courtesy Acura has definitely won my trust in their service department through visits over the years explaining what is necessary, what is optional, and what I need to be ready for in the future. And the guys in the garage are helpful and courteous (helping get all my car seats in and out!!)
