I have been renting from Kim Since 2017. She has always been on top of her A Game when it comes to her Tenants !! I also recommended her to my Mother in law who at the time needed to move ASAP due to issues with her old Landlord!! Kim had her a 3Bedroom ready in less than a month!! Anytime I have an Maintenance issue She has Tony (Her Head of maintenance) comes out immediately!! I highly recommend this Company!! Any negative reviews are not coming from her tenants! I’ve been renting from Ms Kim for over a year I’m very thankful for her because she gave me a chance when nobody else would. She’s fair understanding and committed to keeping her houses in the best shape if I could give her 10 stars I definitely would
My son and I rent from kim and we have always been treated with respect . She has always been thorough and timely when I need something I have nothing bad to say about kim or her husband, I am pleased with my stay in her properties, and she has always worked with me
I have been renting off Ms Kimberly for almost 6 years now, and have never had any issues with anything. Anytime I have had a maintenance problem and contacted her, she has came through in a short amount of time. I have never been disrespected by her or her husband Jason who does the maintenance work alongside with Darren. Also she does give a 24 hour notice before going in your home and also likes to make sure someone is there if possible. I've actually rented property from Court Square Properties, and Kim is highly professional and extremely tolerant of me....the bad reviews you're seeing on here appear to be from people who have left "good reviews" on a contractor in either Northern Virginia or West Virginia -- he has Facebook pages which say both — who appears to be less-than-ethical in his business transactions.
