Shoutout to Kelly for giving me honest and detailed tips for keeping my teeth cleaner between cleanings. I appreciate it since not many hygienists will go out on a limb to educate patients. A month later, I notice the difference!

EDITING MY REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO THE CONDESCENDING RESPONSE: Wow.... lol the response literally misses the point. It does not change the fact that this office knew I was out of network and didn’t say anything. As someone else mentioned in a previous review, when a patient asks if an appointment is “covered,” it’s obvious they mean in network.
