I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a while and dr.mapes office was more than welcoming. I had some X-rays and a cleaning done which allowed me to get a base level idea of how I can start taking care of my teeth upon my smile quest lol. I feel better even as a person, Now that I’m shining once! I definitely recommend!

This place is a complete ripoff. Unprofessional and misleading. When you call for appointment they say they take your insurance then hand you a bill and say the insurance doesn’t over the service. I had a flipper made then was informed after I paid $980 out of pocket that I needed to pay an additional $1000 plus for an extraction. When I called several months after to retrieve the flipper I paid for they said they moved from their previous location and discarded the flipper. They offered no refund or resolution. I strongly r... read more

They told me that Dr. Ian Mapes was in-network with my insurance and that there’s 0 cost for me. However, months later, I find out that they charged $890 and were actually out-of-network. I wouldn’t come back here because of deceptive practices.

Similar experience to the reviewer below, I went in for a routine cleaning + x-rays and was charged over $300, when they assured my insurance would cover it. The final bill was $900 and my insurance only covered $550. Not only this but they told me I needed two root canals, one of which would cost over $3000. I’ve called multiple other places and gotten out-of-pocket quotes of significantly less than $2000. This is my first written review on Google, I really never do this but felt the need to warn others. I won’t be going ba... read more

SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!! Beautiful building, lots of tech software, but it's all because they scam people and use that money to look high end. Went in for a routine cleaning, they assured me before that my insurance covered the routine cleaning, and then at the end - nope! $500 bill. Also, they said I needed a root canal, and had 6 cavities, and that it would be $5,000! -- uhm, no. I went to a dentist 6 months ago before I lost that insurance, someone I've gone to for years, and had no cavities. SCAMMERS!
