Great peoplr
Stay away from this supplier! Customer service is very poor!! They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls and ignore both you and your flooring company if your product is defective. Even sadder is that the poor service is coming from the Customer Service Manager, Lourdes Perez. Prestige Carpet and Tile did a wonderful job installing our vinyl flooring.
