I really wish I could give this dealership a zero. I traveled an hour from my home to come look at a vehicle I was told on the phone was available, and once I arrived I was given another sale rep than the one I was originally dealing with and the car that was brought around to me was not the car I was coming to look at. The reason was because my original sales rep sold the car I asked to come see to another party right out from under me, mere minutes before I arrived. Courage Kia was extremely eager for my business and very easy to communicate with while trying to sell me a car. Constant texting trying to get my business. However, once I got the car and had questions, not so much.They also "threw in" all weather mats to sweeten my deal. Product specialist was very nice and helpful. Sales Manager not so much. Had a verbal agreement on a vehicle at 9:00am on Monday. Confirmed at 9:10 on text and not indication any issues. Wanted to know when we want to pick up vehicle. Got financing in place baby 9:45 called back and apparently the sales manager allowed for another party to come in at Noon and not IF THEY do not buy the vehicle then we can have it.
