Came out same day and got right to work. Mr. Monty was super professional and got us back up and running. He even took the time to explain what to look for and how everything works. We have had bad experiences with a couple other AC companies around the area and so happy we have found someone we can trust!
My 92 year old aunt Vivian A/C stopped working. I checked the normal things, electric breaker, clean filter, reset the controller, but nothing worked. So at 1pm and 90 deg in the home, she called Monty at Countywide. His schedule was full, but he promised he would be out today. He showed up at 5:30pm and got to work. Got it fixed in under an hour. It turned out to be a corroded wire on the outside unit. Now Vivian home is cool again. This pro shows he cares and is the one to call when you need help. Thanks Monty!
