A friend recommended that we try it out and so we did. It's about 22 mi from our house traveling west on route 60. We arrived at the restaurant about 1:30pm. It was not crowded so seating was immediate with a nice view of the courthouse which is just across route 13. The most amazing night in a quaint setting. The food was amazing Southern cuisine with soulful music being played live by Steve Basset one night, and "Out On A Limb" the next. The family style buffet was well stocked and had healthy fresh alternatives as well as the homestyle cooking I came for. Loved it!!!
This is the comfort of home with a side helping of small-town nostalgia on a plate!

Our church family has breakfast at the County Seat on Easter Sunday every year . The breakfast buffet is great. They have a variety of food and this year they had an omelette and waffle bar. The waitresses were very friendly and made certain we had enough of every thing. I will be going back real soon.
