Bankruptcy from Divorce I was put into bankruptcy due to a divorce. Because of the legal back and forth, I couldn't even get a lawyer to talk to me on the phone. Great Bankruptcy Experience Marc handled my bankruptcy and my mother's. We did hers first, and years later went back for mine. My mother got ill and she owed tons of money in hospital bills. Marc was honest, gave us accurate advice. He was very nice. I recommend him and his office, they are professional and nice, and took extra time to explain things to my mother who does not speak English well.
I visited their website on a Sunday mornting and sent a message through the Contact Us option. I was SO pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Mr. Duxbury within 30 minutes!!! He was so helpful over the phone. I met with him in his office the next day and hired his firm to represent my son. Mr Duxbury was extremely knowledgeable and proficient.
