Thank You! When my ex-husband decided to leave the state and petitioned the court to change his visitation rights, I became scared he would revert to his old ways and Iï¾d lose again. I called on Marc Duxbury and he represented me in this matter. He urged me to work with my husband but at the same time he took a firm stance in what I needed. In the end, with his help, and his ability to work with my ex-husbandï¾s attorney, we ended up with some minor visitation changes that worked for both of us.

Bankruptcy from Divorce I was put into bankruptcy due to a divorce. Because of the legal back and forth, I couldn't even get a lawyer to talk to me on the phone. Great Bankruptcy Experience Marc handled my bankruptcy and my mother's. We did hers first, and years later went back for mine. My mother got ill and she owed tons of money in hospital bills. Marc was honest, gave us accurate advice. He was very nice. I recommend him and his office, they are professional and nice, and took extra time to explain things to my mother who does not speak English well.
