Thank You! When my ex-husband decided to leave the state and petitioned the court to change his visitation rights, I became scared he would revert to his old ways and Iï¾d lose again. I called on Marc Duxbury and he represented me in this matter. He urged me to work with my husband but at the same time he took a firm stance in what I needed. Marijuana possession Itï¾s 2011, and this state still goes after pot possession; go figure. Well, thank god, weï¾ve still got some good lawyers to fight these asinine laws. Nice!!! Thanks Bankruptcy is not a fun ordeal. Iï¾ve been through both DUI and bankruptcy and bankruptcy is by far the worst. I suppose any qualified and competent attorney can do the job for you. Whatï¾s a bigger issue, or was for me, was dealing with the emotional lows that come with this kind of a situation. I visited their website on a Sunday mornting and sent a message through the Contact Us option. I was SO pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Mr. Duxbury within 30 minutes!!! He was so helpful over the phone. I met with him in his office the next day and hired his firm to represent my son. Mr Duxbury was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. Their rates were very reasonable and it was money well spent as my son's case was ultimately dismissed. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this firm!!!
