The health department here in Temecula has become just like communist dictator office in a communist country. Just so you know Temecula citizens. I open a place in this town and health department here penalized me for remodeling. Now remodeling I'd did have nothing to do with food "hazards" I've been in restaurant business for 30+ years. I know that. Food needs to be cold 41 to 36 degrees. Or hot 165 degrees. I will file a complaint forther. I guess city of Temecula is not a business friendly

I love dr welsh because he was my mom's dr now he's mine I've known him since 97 maybe longer but he's very awesome
