David was so thorough with my home inspection. He explained in detail many of the potential issues that may arise in the future, which was very helpful to me. I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for a complete and honest home inspection.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Our home inspector was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and professional. The inspection report was exceptionally well done—comprehensive, clear, and easy to understand. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. We really appreciated his attention to detail and expertise. Highly recommend!

Great Service!! Explained what he saw and made solid recommendations. He was also very personable and didn't mind explaining things in greater detail and answering questions.

Money well spent for our pre-inspection for our house we’ve listed. David was professional, educational and very thorough. We highly recommend David, and would use his services again in purchasing a new home or selling in the future.
