I built a home and hired this company to install 2000sq/ft of ash flooring. After 3 weeks of living on it, the floor began moving and squeaking in areas and continued to loosen to include all areas. Two installers showed up. One was Todd, a middle aged gentleman who was related in some way to the owner. He did the install upstairs of approximately 600sq/ft to which I have never had any problems with, in any way, what so ever.
