These apartments have great potential if the rental office would prioritize repairs and upgrades instead of relying on the two maintenance staff, who seem unmotivated to do thorough work. I doubt the manager is aware of their lack of diligence; the maintenance is often only half-done. On a positive note, the neighborhood cleaner is very friendly.
