I ordered a tire rim. The invoice said it would arrive in 8 business days. They refused to give me a tracking number, lying to me at least 5 times about when it would arrive. On the 7th business day, a UPS label was created with a tracking number, but the tire rim didn't arrive for 8 more days. Even then, the shipped rim was 16 inches in diameter instead of 15 inches as shown on the invoice. If you want to be scammed, this is your place.
Ordered taillight and was told it was used they would pull and check received new part that’s not original bait and switch. Shipping looks like it came from Amazon
Please run from this company. My story: The magazine version. It took 1 month to receive the part after losing twice. The part was damaged and nonfunctional. The part was partially dismantled and missing major parts. The part was $1500 and is almost a total loss. They won't refund any of the money, in fact offered a discount on the next purchase... wow. If I return it, they will keep 25% of what I paid for "restocking." Trust me, go anywhere else for parts.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I needed a door handle for a CLK320/ cabriolet passenger door. It is a two piece sku. They took pictures of the cover and sent it to me- and ignored the piece that mounts the panel that the cover snaps onto. I emailed them 3 times- the last time with a video from youtube showing the piece they didn't include...within their 2 day requirement. No contact. I called them. These people are some of the most incompetent idiots that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every single part of the mishandled transaction was pure incompetence. They sent the wrong part, took a week to ship it. Then didn't want to make it right or issue a refund. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Avoid them like the plague!!!!! I had to give them 1 star because ZERO wasn't an option to submit a review.
