Do not use the new castle office. Every co will have pros n cons but every day w this co was more of an adventure than it should have been. From mgmt that didn’t care about issues to a caregiver that purposely lied to my elderly parents and got them both sick when she was told never to come to work sick because they could die from it… use any other company but this one. Mgmt doesn’t even have a clue about half the issues w the caregiver nor did they follow up when i tried to inform them.
I been threw a lot of home care agencies in beaver county so when Cindy brokowski told me about country wide being in Allegheny county Pittsburgh. I was rejoiced that professional gratitude towards my client is my overall achievement for her health.
