Horrible place. The new manager Vicky is two-faced and her husband LAUGHED in my face when I asked him to call the police when I was in an EMERGENCY, it constantly smells like heroin or weed, the people living there are nosey, and I personally don’t like the two women that sit there all day long and judge you because she once cat-called my then underaged brother. I live here for almost 6 years nothing has gotten fix have a handicap apt and have mold in one of the rooms water going thru the walls from the bathroom to both rooms no closet doors kitchen sink throwing all the waste out thru the front entrance wall. The entrance door frame all broken pot holes from the entrance to behind the parking where I park.Being charged for rent no being told for more tgen 3 years being threat to get envited not only me but more then 11 other tenants too being charged.This place is not worth even ... read more

Countryside Villas has finally hired a great manager and he is cleaning up the complex. He's always at the office and gets things done in a timely manner.

The management is great. The manager will let you know when they are going to be coming in for inspection or for pest control. The manager of Countryside is GREAT.
