I love this place it really is a home to my family and I and the staff here is amazing they are always getting any thing you need fixed in a timely manner keep up the good work!!!!
Place started out great and I like the layout of the place but the air conditioning doesn't cool the apartment. I'm having to pay $250 a month in electricity and another $300 for a portable air conditioner to live in an 80° apartment. I've had maintenance come out twice with them telling me to live with it. The rent is too high to have to live in such conditions. Makes me wonder the heater will work for the winter. Guess I'll update this review in a few months.
I like the layout of the apartment and the covered parking. The office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Cara is my dogs favorite person there. I've seen several improvements done since I moved in and I understand there are more planned. Overall this is a very nice place to live.
I can't wait to move in. The office manners were very friendly and accommodating. Very costly for the space provided.
My husband and I toured the complex and an apartment today, and it was all wonderful!! Carra was the property team member who showed us around and she was delightful and extremely helpful! I am getting ready to fill out our application now.
