I live in ********** estates and this company regularly invades my privacy and trys to charge extra for ***** concerns. They leave notices on my door in regards to these ***** concerns using eviction as the only solution to try and settle disputes. For example I am dealing with stray cats that are doing nothing but causing property damage and spreading diseases. Summit Village in ******* IN... don't move into this community. The property manager, ******************************* is a b**** I have lived in this community for 3.5 years and have been a good tenant. I needed things fixed in the home and gave the list to the office at least twice. Nothing ever got done, so I waited 3.5 years to call the regional manager, ***************************. I have been living in ****** Village mobile home park since ****. The last few years the ********** of the park has turned horrible. They do not salt the roads when it snows, they barley plow at all. The last manager would do anything to help people in the community. These new people do not care at all. They are never there when you need them. If you have an emergency they never return your call. I feel The rent increases on the land here are getting out of hand. $40 Ea. year? Per Mo. Now paying $838 per. month for land my house is on. I paid $80,000 for the house and still have to pay rent this high is really out of hand. Its the highest Mobile park rent in the state. No reason for it. The place is not even maintained well at all. I could write a book on this place but don't want to waste my time on UMH Properties.

I had a roommate move out and take his dog with him, therefor needed the pet fee to be removed from the monthly rent. I called every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, and left voicemails. Nobody ever returned my call. I called the corporate office and someone named **** got in touch with me the following day and informed me that the property manager was no longer with the company. Hello, I am writing from a UMH property located in western ************. My husband and I called yesterday to get some of our electrical things fixed in our house, but nobody showed up at the door. I called today and told them no one showed up yesterday and they told me they have two grown men that said they showed up. Just found out after living here for 16yrs. People that have moved in ithe last few years are paying less rent than older residents. When i first moved in we all paid the same. A lot of residents are very upset about this. Got no where with talking to the office, all they can say it comes from corporate. Bunch of bull, we get nothing in twin oaks 11 in ohio for nothing, old owners at least used to salt in the winter they don't spend money even for this. Horrible and lying about moving in - looked for corporate email or phone number none were provided anywhere.. I was lied too many times and its not even that nice of a place. Was told many lies through ****** and phone calls that were ***** and untrue.i have Proof of the lies I . was told I was approved and given a move in date - then told not approved after many attempts to contact anyone after two weeks .
