My family and I had to make the hardest decision of our lives by deciding that it was time our 12 year old lab, Hershey be put down. As this was our first pet we ever had to do this for, it was very hard for us all. Dr. Schlapp explained the whole procedure and we never felt rushed to get out. We were told that we could stay as long as we needed to say our goodbyes. I especially loved the paw print of our beloved Hershey, we will always have this to remember our loyal friend and family member.
Dr schlapp is the best the staff are amazing and friendly highly recommended

My appointment was at 10:30 & I wasn't called back until 11:10. The tech then told me that they had an emergency come in & asked if we were told that by the front desk ladies. We weren't told anything. Not the best communication!
I have always been very happy with the service and treatment we have received at Countryside. This weekend was a little disappointing, but they totally made up for it today when a vet tech came TO MY HOUSE on her way home to give my cat her medicine when they didn't have it in stock this past weekend and I couldn't bring her in myself.

Darlin and Darby can't wait to get in the door then they don't want to leave. Everyone here is friendly. The people make me and my dogs feel like we are important they take time to answer any questions I have. There is NO rushing.
