The receptionist is rude, and when I spoke to the Doctor (Clayton), she immediately began the conversation with a very degrading and dismissive attitude. She ended by hanging up on me. I would never recommend such a place to anyone. There are far better options and the staff should be trained on how to speak to people.

My cat had to be quarantined for ten days and they went above and beyond making sure she was comfortable and I was comfortable with leaving her there. They let me bother them for updates (multiple times during those 10 days) and they were incredibly considerate and polite the entire time I was interacting with them. Stella is officially Blasto free as of today. Her 3rd and final "0" Mira Vista test result came yesterday a mere 3.5 months after diagnosis. To say this is a minor miracle is an understatement. We are lucky to have Dr. Cozen (the best vet ever) who jumped to a blasto diagnosis when Stella presented with a sore toe on her left paw on a Sunday that progressed to a swollen left paw the next day. Thank you Dr. Cozen from the bottom of our hearts!
I started going to Countryside Vet Clinic after my 9 year old Boxer was diagnosed with Lymphoma. My previous vet showed no compassion and did very little to explain to me the test results or options. I met with Dr Cozen to get a second opinion. My experience: The girls running the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They are truly the backbone of that clinic. We cannot say enough about Dr. Schlapp and his staff. They are so compassionate, caring, and helpful. Our dog has been going here for about 14 years. The staff was wonderful with Anna, always patient with her needs. Dr. Schlapp is so knowledgeable, taking his time to always talk and listen to us. Countryside is a very family friendly clinic. Anna is no longer with us but if we get another dog, we will definitely come back to Countryside. Thanks for everything!
