We have nine rescues, from 10 lbs to 100 lbs, and they all go to Countryside. Our home is between Vidor and Orange, which is a bit of a drive to Lumberton, but so worth it. It costs us a small fortune for medicines, food, and vet care .... but they are quite reasonable on pricing. When we were going to another vet several years ago it was costing us so much more (when we had only five dogs) Countryside is the greatest, with a super friendly staff, that serves their patients with compassion and love. The best Vet In south east Texas!! I don’t know what I’m going to do when he retires! We just love them!
I will take a moment from my fb hiatus to provide an update on our chocolate lab child! She is post surgery +3 days and doing well. Dr. Grainger removed one gall stone walnut + size and several marble sized others. I truly am thankful for this man's talent and his staff! Appetite is still minimal on new food but taking med's great! Thanks to all concerned! I appreciate it!
Dr. Granger is the best Vet and his staff and he are amazing. They are ALL gentle and caring and loving and are REAL PEOPLE. This is especially important when one is faced with helping their beloved animal cross over the Rainbow Bridge. If you are a young vet and you are looking to become the best that you can be, you should contact him and see if the two of you are a good fit! You could not learn from anyone any better!
