I get my dog groomed here and am extremely pleased.
I was extremely nervous to leave my 16-week puppy, but I was soon reassured she was in good hands. The facility is clean and beautiful, the staff are very loving and affectionate, and gave me very detailed updates when I called to check on her. After picking her up, I was so happy to see my puppy's reaction to the owner. She happily wagged her tail as the owner pet her. Just picked up my dog after 8 long nights on vacation. When we first got there I was so impressed with how clean the facility was. Staff was friendly as well! If my dog could talk she would say she had a great vacation herself. Lots of "group time" and out door experiences :) She was totally smiling when I picked her up and was super exhausted from playing when I brought her home. 8 nights was pretty pricy but well worth knowing how well she was taken care of. She even smelled great and was bathed when I picked her up!
The staff and owners at Countryside were great to deal with. Our first time there and it was for over a week. My pups look like they have been well cared for and that is important for me. We will be back.
Awesome place to board pets. Our dog had a great time. Staff was excellent.
Fantastic! The owner is always with the animals!!! Highly recommend!
